Cucumber Garlic Dip

Cucumber Garlic Dip

Everyone loves a good dip whether is it for chips, veggies or pretzels! I made a delicious cucumber garlic dip that had such a bold flavor. All you need are a few simple ingredients and you’ll be able to whip this up in no time for that upcoming party!

  2 cups of plain yogurt

  2 cucumbers, diced

  1 garlic clove, minced

  1 tsp. chopped dill

  1/2 cup sour cream

  1 tsp. vinegar

  1 tsp. salt

  1 tsp pepper

In a smal bowl combine the cucumbers, garlic, vinegar, and dill. In a larger bowl combine the yogurt, sour cream, salt and pepper. Add the cucumber mixture to the yogurt and mix together. Place plastic wrap over the top of the bowl and place in the fridge for 2 hours before serving.

I love this recipe because it is simple and quick. The dip tastes delicious on bagel chips, it’s one of my guilty pleasures!! Do you have a favorite dip that you enjoy making? Let us know by leaving a comment or emailing us at!
