Soothing Tea

.) Consume Coconut Oil On a Daily Basis: Try incorporating coconut oil in your diet on a daily basis to help boost your body’s immunity. One of the easiest ways to ingest coconut oil is by cooking and baking.  Simply replace butter or oil with coconut oil in a 1:1 ratio in your favorite recipes.

.) Stress Relief: Stress is one factor that can eventually lead to excessive buildup of toxins and harmful organisms. Relieve excess stress by applying coconut oil to the temples of your head and massage gently in a circular motion. The natural aroma of coconuts is extremely soothing, which may help lower your stress level and remove mental fatigue.

.) Eliminate Congestion: If feeling congested, try mixing coconut oil and peppermint or eucalyptus essential oil together to make your own vapor rub. Massage the rub onto your chest to help relieve sinus congestion and clear nasal passages.

.) Soothe Sore Throat and Cough: If having a sore throat or bothersome cough, try adding coconut oil to warm tea or broth. This can gently sooth a sore throat and ease coughing, in addition to boosting immunity at the same time.

.) Ear Pain Relief: Place a few drops of coconut oil inside the affected ear twice daily to help with relief from the pain. Try putting a cotton ball slightly inside the affected ear after the coconut oil is dropped in. This will stop the oil from leaking out.
