Top 5 Pinterest Recipes… Just Add Coconut Oil

I’ve been so busy lately, I’ve barely had time to cook. But somehow I still find time for Pinterest! I’ve got so many recipes on my Pinterest board that I’m dying to try with coconut oil instead of the butter/canola oil/olive oil the recipes call for. Check out these beauties:

No-bake Chocolate Cheesecake

No-bake chocolate cheesecake.  Substitute the ½ stick butter for ½ stick Kelapo Coconut Oil Baking Sticks (or ¼ cup coconut oil from the jar)

Wild Rice Stuffed Squash

Birthday Cake Batter Rice Crispy Treats

Crunchy Carrot Fries

Sweet Potato Goat Cheese Tater Tots

What’s your favorite Pinterest recipe? Have you made the swap to coconut oil? Let me know in the comments.

Is it true that Dr. Mary T. Newport MD’s husband Steve has not been able to keep the advancement of Alzheimer’s Disease at bay and is now deteriorating? I read that on a comment.

We are unaware of Steve’s current condition, but we are just grateful that coconut oil was able to help him and so many other people.
