Top 5 Last Minute Side Dishes

OK, so tomorrow is Thanksgiving and I am in no way prepared to have dinner with my family. Every year I have to bring a side dish and I am a huge procrastinator so I am always waiting until the last minute to throw something together. I know I can’t be the only person that does this so I wanted to take the time to compile a few quick and simple side dish recipes that are perfect for any Thanksgiving celebration.

What's Thanksgiving dinner without the sides?

1. Mashed Sweet Potatoes

This recipe is super simple there are only three ingredients and should only take just over an hour to make, perfect for any procrastinator.

2. Cheesy Baked Asparagus

This side needs less than an hour in the oven, is easy to prep, and is always delicious.

 3. Corn Casserole

This recipe calls for a few ingredients that you will probably have to make a trip to the store for, but if you can do that, you can have a delicious casserole that is sure to impress, in just 45 minutes.

 4. Crispy Garlic Parmesan Brussels Sprouts

To make this delectable dish it takes a little bit more effort than some of the other sides on this list, but trust me when I tell you once this plate gets to the table you will realize it was all worth it.

 5. The Perfect Potato Side Dish

It is amazing what salt pepper and a little bit of Kelapo Coconut Oil can do to make Sautéed Potatoes delicious. This recipe is easy and one of my personal favorite last minute dishes to whip up.
