Coconut Kettle Corn
My favorite popcorn to snack on is kettle corn. It’s a perfect blend of sweet and salty. The Kelapo coconut oil gives the popcorn a nice nutty flavor. I found the popcorn to be a lot lighter and not as salty when I switched from the normal melted butter to Kelapo coconut oil. This is a much healthier alternative than the prepacked popcorn you throw in the microwave.
