I recently got a new blender and I’m so excited to get back on my smoothie game! I love doing a mix of fruits and veggies to ensure I get all the necessary daily nutrients. The sweetness of the fruit helps balance the bitterness of the vegetables so all you taste is delicious goodness. Patriotic Smoothie

Today we are celebrating Veterans Day by making patriotic smoothies! Smoothies are great on-the-go meals and give a variety to getting your daily fruit intake! Ingredients: 1/2 cup frozen raspberries 1/2 cup frozen blueberries 1/4 cup frozen blackberries 1/2 cup Pomegranate Juice 1/2 cup almond milk 1 tablespoon Kelapo Coconut Oil Directions: Combine all ingredients in a blender and mix until smooth.  Enjoy! -Leslee Recipe Adapted.
