Banana and Phyllo Dessert

Is your New Year Resolution to eat a little healthier this year? Mine too!  I don’t have a huge sweet tooth, but after dinner I am always craving something sweet.  An easy and healthy way to satisfy your sugar craving is with fruit!  It has natural sugars and won’t kill your diet like a lot of other desserts.  I took it a step further by creating this simple recipe that you can alter to fit what you are craving.
