It’s fall season! Time to bring back the pumpkin spice! This pumpkin oatmeal cookie recipe is fun to make with the family in town. Using oats along with flour makes it a healthier alternative then your store-bought cookie mix. The Kelapo coconut oil also adds a more sweet flavor than your traditional vegetable or canola oil. Mini Pumpkin Pies

  Thanksgiving is exactly one week away and in preparation, I made mini pumpkin pies. Pumpkin pie is a favorite holiday treat, but can be a bit tricky for those of us that are baking challenged.
