Fight the Flu with Chicken Noodle Soup

DIY: Coconut Oil Vapor Rub

With cold and flu season in full effect, I like to make sure I’m prepared! One of my favorite remedies for congestion is a soothing vapor rub. I decided to make a standard rub for bedtime and one that can be used in the shower. Both are wonderful for relieving congestion and clearing nasal passages.
