This savory dish is an all time favorite comfort food for all, but can be slightly unhealthy for you with the added butter, so try substituting coconut oil for butter. To celebrate the luck of the Irish this fine Sunday morning I’ve decided to make two famous (and delicious!) Irish dishes! On Saint Patrick’s Day, the Irish celebrate their saint with festivals and feasts so it only seems fitting that this tradition continues, even here in the US.
