Lately I’ve been wanting to cook. Mainly because we just moved into our apartment and I haven’t been able to in several months. So tonight, Dave’s getting a special St. Patrick’s Day inspired dish of Roast Beef and Yorkshire Pudding. I completely replaced all the olive oil with coconut oil to give the dish great flavor.
