You may believe there is nothing better than the sweet, nutty taste of creamy peanut butter coated in a thin and “crispity” chocolate shell, mmm… Reese’s Pieces. White Chocolate Pumpkin Mousse

It’s getting to that time of year again…pumpkin everything! I’m beyond excited because I’ve become absolutely obsessed with anything pumpkin related. To recreate one of my all-time favorite desserts, I decided to turn the traditional chocolate mousse into a white chocolate pumpkin mousse. I can’t even being to describe how incredibly good this turned out. Not to mention, I found the perfect way to melt white chocolate…with coconut oil.
