Taming Trouble Spots

Let’s face it – we all have trouble areas that are stubborn and the hardest to get in shape. Mine have always been the “saddle bags” on my outer thighs and even my inner thighs. Everyone is different, but I’ve found that working out consistently and keeping a clean diet has helped me a lot with improving these troublesome spots.
