Cajun Shrimp Skillet

If you enjoy spicy foods, you’re going to love this one!  Shrimp is one of my favorite proteins to use in meals. It’s light, low-cal, and high in protein! I use Kelapo ghee to give it that extra umph of flavor along with hot Cajun seasoning. Don’t get me wrong, I love to cook! But I can easily say I do not enjoy cleaning up a bunch of dishes after the fact. When I’m feeling especially burnt out, one pot dishes are my go-to! Chicken Fajitas 

Chicken Fajitas have always been a family favorite.
