One Pot Italian Chicken

Don’t get me wrong, I love to cook! But I can easily say I do not enjoy cleaning up a bunch of dishes after the fact. When I’m feeling especially burnt out, one pot dishes are my go-to! Super easy to clean and super easy to make! Plus when the flavors of garlic, sun-dried tomatoes, and ghee come together, my whole house smells amazing! Chicken Fajitas 

Chicken Fajitas have always been a family favorite.
