Chicken Lo Mein

After a long week, sometimes I like my Saturday nights to consist of a home cooked meal and a movie. Last night, I was feeling a little more on the creative side and was craving an Asian inspired dish. Coconut Oil in Every Dish

You can incorporate coconut oil into every part of your meal.  I recently made dinner that consisted of a marinated and grilled chicken breast with asparagus and potatoes…. and guess what? Quick Chicken Stir Fry

For those busy nights when you want to throw a quick dinner together, chicken stir fry is the perfect dish to make! You can use chicken that’s grilled, sautéed or baked. Just add your favorite sauces and veggies to complete this meal in no time.
