Christmas Red Velvet Cake Pops

For my best friend’s birthday, I helped her make cake pops to give out as favors to her guests. These are zebra-striped to match her décor, but how cute would they be with a green chocolate drizzle for  the holidays! This month, we will feature a new holiday cookie or treat every week on Fridays. These are so simple and will totally blow away every other cookie at your holiday cookie exchange. Mini Mimosa Cupcakes

Let me start by saying that these cupcakes are amazing and you must try them!!  Who doesn’t love mimosas? And who wouldn’t love them in cupcake form? Savory Margherita Cake

If you stopped by our booth at Expo East, you probably tried one of our many delicious cakes. Our visitors got to choose from Autumn Spice Cake, Vegan Carrot Cake, and our savory Margherita Cake. While its appearance confused a few (some expected sweet from this “cake”) everyone really liked the sundried tomato, mozzarella, basil bread with pesto cream cheese “frosting.”  This is a super easy to make appetizer for your next get together, and it is great warm or at room temperature.  We made sheet cakes for expo, but it makes great cupcakes too!
