Today is National Cookie Day!  With the holidays quickly approaching, I decided to put together my top 5 favorite cookies into one spot. Of course you can be sure all the cookie recipes listed below have the butter substituted with coconut oil. Now remember when substituting coconut oil for butter, the consistency the recipe calls for must be the same and replaced in a 1:1 ratio.
