Creamy Cauliflower Sauce

I really enjoy Alfredo sauce however it isn’t the best option out there for you. It is loaded with heavy cream and butter, yuck! Even though it may taste good, it is loaded with sodium and cholesterol, which isn’t good for a healthy diet.
