September is a very special month as we observe World Alzheimer’s Month. For the second year, Alzheimer’s organizations across the globe are uniting to raise awareness for a disease that affects over five million Americans and countless more worldwide. Currently, there is no known cure for this disease that is the sixth leading cause of death in the elderly, according to the Alzheimer’s Association.
