Apple Stuffed French Toast
I hope that everyone had a great Thanksgiving! With Black Friday finally here, I decided to whip up a hearty meal of French toast to fuel me for my shopping adventures. Instead of sticking to the original plain French toast, I got creative and stuffed it with baked apples – YUM! I used coconut oil in this recipe to make the baked apples and for lightly frying my bread.
