It’s BBQ month, even though you don’t need an excuse for a family BBQ! The star here is the homemade BBQ sauce! The sauce contains a combination of amazing flavors, from the sweetness of the brown sugar to the savory, richness from the Kelapo ghee. Fancy Food Show Samples: Sweet Potato Bites

We just got back from the Fancy Food Show in Washington DC!  Throughout the show we were handing out samples of sweet potato bites served with 3 different dipping sauces.  The sauces included spicy peach ketchup, BBQ aioli, and Keylime marshmallow swirl.  All of the samples were made with Kelapo Coconut Oil.
