St. Patrick’s Day Green Monster

 

Green smoothie for St. Patty's Day

Before you head out for a green beer to celebrate St. Patrick’s Day, fuel up with a green smoothie!

 

Ingredients:

  • 1/2 cup fresh blueberries
  • 1 brownish banana
  • 1 tbsp clear agave (Nature’s Agave is my favorite and I just got a free jar at Expo West!)
  • 1tbsp Kelapo coconut oil
  • 1 heaping scoop of greens (I use Green Vibrance suggested to me by John at Village Health Market, who was just recently in our Retailer Spotlight.)
  • 4 frozen strawberries
  • Splash of Light Cranberry Juice

Blend all of the ingredients together to get a delicious, energy packed green smoothie!
