S'mores Cups Ready to Eat!

S’mores Cups Ready to Eat!

It’s officially National S’mores Day! Even though I feel like I have been celebrating this day all summer, I’ll for sure be whipping up the traditional s’mores, along with some s’mores inspired recipes. In case you wanted to jump on the bandwagon with me, I’m dedicating this blog to all types of sweets that contain marshmallow, graham crackers, and chocolate.

In all my baking, I now use unrefined coconut oil as a replacement for butter and oil in all my recipes. Making the switch to this healthy fat was one of the best decisions I could have made and I absolutely LOVE how all my baked goods turn out. Any cake, bread, or cookie that may have been dense or dry in the past is now soft and even more flavorful! To use coconut oil in any recipe, simply swap out butter or oil for coconut oil in a 1:1 ratio.

Here are our Top S’mores Recipes for celebrating National S’mores Day:

Frosty S’mores Cups – These s’mores cups are a great way to cool down this summer and are also always a hit at events. If you like rocky road ice cream, then you’ll definitely be able to relate to these s’mores cups. Serve with vanilla bean ice cream on the side if desired.

S’mores Cupcakes – Cupcakes are my weakness and incorporating marshmallow fluff with a chocolate filling sounds absolutely delicious! Feel free to take the easy way out with a boxed cake mix, which still turns out just as good in my opinion. For another s’more inspired cupcake recipe, try my chocolate and graham cracker cupcakes, which have a delicious cookie dough frosting on top.

Decadent S’mores Brownies – I can assure you that these brownies will be addicting and I personally can never stop eating them when I make a batch. There’s something about melted marshmallow and chocolate that keeps me going. Making brownies with coconut oil also brings out the intensity of the chocolate flavor. This is another dessert that is great served with vanilla bean ice cream.

S’mores Pizza – This is one sweet that I have been craving for a while now and will definitely be making tonight! There’s nothing better than making a dessert pizza and if you have little ones, they will go wild with helping make this treat. You can use regular pizza crust or indulge even more with cookie dough of any kind for this crust of this recipe – YUM!

What’s your favorite s’more dessert?
