You can use coconut oil in place of any other butter or oils that you would normally use. Plus, check out some of our great recipes on this site. Give it a try, you won’t be disappointed!

I must say Kelapo coconut oil is the BEST coconut oil I have tasted by far! I have tried many different brands. I have tubs of others on my shelves (I am currently on the coconut oil diet)… I happened to find this at a Marshall’s store a few days ago and thought I’d try it. I noticed that it was oil from India…I’ve never tried oil from India only from the Philippines… I thought– it’s in a glass bottle, can’t go wrong there, let’s give it a try. Well, I was hooked upon opening and smelling the coconut, the scent was of a fresh coconut and the flavor did not disappoint either, very smooth and true to fresh coconut. I had to find out where I could buy them on a regular basis in my area. No luck. It appears I can only buy it online at the moment. Needless to say, I went back to Marshall’s, scoured their food products shelves and found (3) more bottles, I quickly grabbed them up :)). If someone can tell me where to buy in San Diego, I would greatly appreciate it.
