The Kelapo team traveled to Anaheim, CA in March for the Natural Products Expo West show. While out in California, we were invited to visit the Le Cordon Bleu College of Culinary Arts and present to their students about the culinary applications of cooking with coconut oil. Our founder, Erin, spoke to two groups of up and coming chefs about all the great benefits of Kelapo coconut oil in the kitchen.
