Elvis Meets S’mores

Two of my most favorite desserts in the world are anything to do with s’mores and anything Elvis (peanut butter and banana) inspired!  So I thought why not combine the two to make the most delicious dessert pizza.  Who can resist peanut butter, bananas, chocolate, marshmallows, and graham crackers?

Ingredients:

1 store bought pizza dough – Unless you are ambitious and want to make your own.  Here is a recipe for a yummy pizza crust or if you want a gluten-free crust here is another option.  Make sure to sub coconut oil for the olive oil of course.  Or to make this recipe even more sinful try out chocolate chip cookie dough for the pizza crust.

2-3 Tablespoons Kelapo coconut oil

1/2 cup peanut butter (or enough to cover crust)

2-3 graham crackers, crushed

1/2 cup chocolate chips

1 banana, sliced

1 cup marshmallows

Preheat oven to 425 degrees. Grease cookie sheet or pizza pan with coconut oil. Spread pizza dough on cookie sheet.  Top crust with peanut butter, graham crackers, and chocolate chips. Brush edges of crust with remaining coconut oil.  Bake crust 9-13 minutes.

Remove pizza when there are 5 minutes remaining and top with sliced banana and marshmallows.  Bake for the remaining 5 minutes.  Turn the broiler on to toast marshmallows. Watch closely so you don’t burn the marshmallows.  Yum! Enjoy!
