Coconut Oil Wins!
This month Oxygen Magazine featured coconut oil twice! In the first article, they did a side-by-side comparison to olive oil. They even named a winner of the feud and the winner was… COCONUT OIL! Looks like Oxygen Magazine may be a little coco-nuts too! They chose coconut oil as the winner because it is more versatile and because of all of its healthy benefits! The healthy benefits they listed include: medium-chain triglycerides (MCTs), lauric acid, antioxidants, and its anti-microbial properties.
